The Test Plan is a one-time purchase. Monthly subscriptions remain controllable by an organization owner in the secure Stripe billing portal.
Test Plan
The Test Plan does not renew automatically and has no overage. Its unused capacity expires at the date shown before checkout.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly query packs renew only as shown in Stripe Checkout. An organization owner can open Dashboard → Billing → Manage or cancel subscription and cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing cycle, stops future renewal and does not delete data immediately.
After cancellation
Access, export and deletion follow the contracted wind-down and retention period. Reader provider credentials can be revoked separately at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy and applicable law.
